Culasa Comfort Food and Bakeshop was conceptualized and established by American Hospitality Academy Educated and Six Sigma Black Belt Executive Chef Mark Abesamis and Executive Pastry Chef Monique Cruz. It was a product of joint experiences in providing management and consultancy services for various client-restaurants based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Ayala Center Makati, Calamba Laguna, Davao, Bohol, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dubai, The United States of America and Malaysia. After three years of helping other entrepreneurs and restaurateurs all over the world, the dynamic duo decided it was time for them to put up their own dining establishment, Culasa Comfort Food and Bakeshop, which intends to serve breakfast to DIAN SUITES GUESTS.
The guiding principle in developing a breakfast menu for Dian Suites are anchored on the following factors: Appetizing, filling and affordable.
